750 ml glass flip top bottle (available here)
21 ounces Kombucha
1.5 ounces lime juice
3/4 teaspoon lime zest
3/4 tablespoon agave nectar
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
Add lime juice, agave nectar and salt to a 750ml flip top glass bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with finished Kombucha leaving a small amount of room at the top. Let sit for 5 to 7 days or until it has just the right amount of fizz.
When your Kombucha is done, dip the rim of your glass i lime juice and then dip it again in a plate sprinkled with course salt.
